Big Things Happening at Sons of the City
The last couple of months have been massive for us as a band, and it genuinely feels like we can now really move forward together.
A New Home for the Band
Alongside launching our new website, we have recently moved into a new practice room and it already feels like a proper home for Sons of the City. It's a brilliant space and somewhere we can really focus on rehearsing, and shaping the sound we want moving forward.
Having a space that inspires you makes a huge difference when you're crafting songs, and we really have spent lots of time getting the room set up exactly how we want it.
Welcome to Jonny
We have also welcomed Jonny into the band on drums.
From the first rehearsal, he fitted straight in and brought a whole new energy to things. We honestly can't wait to get back out gigging with him.
What's Coming Up
Next up for us is Pintstock Festival in Sheffield, which we are buzzing to be a part of. It's shaping up to be a brilliant event with great bands, great beer, and a proper Sheffield atmosphere.
